You will need:

• Four year degree in Engineering (Environmental/Civil/Chemical Engineering) or equivalent qualification
• Extensive experience/knowledge/Post Graduate qualifications in Water and Wastewater processes, particularly IWCM (Integrated Water Cycle Management planning) and managing the wastewater treatment operations, forward planning, third pipe re-use and sewerage/STP operations
• Experience in budget preparation and control
• Experience in Network analysis
• Experience in centralised and decentralised re-use schemes
• Class C Drivers Licence
• Demonstrated supervisory skills
• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in the use and application of computer packages (in particular the Microsoft Suite of products)
• Demonstrated ability to conduct community education programs and consult with the community
