DESCRIPTION

Attractive hourly rates are available. Accommodation and travel reimbursement are available when undertaking assignments for regional Councils in NSW.

You will need tertiary qualifications in Building Surveyor and at least 5 years experience in Construction Certificates, Compliance, Places of Public Entertainment and Fire Safety.

Also desirable are experience in negotiation and conflict management; high level of communication skills, both oral and written; and a current Australian Class C driving license.

Previous Local Government or equivalent experience in NSW in related positions is a requirement for the positions.
