DESCRIPTION
LO-GO Appointments Queensland is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Administration Officers, Personal Assistants, Business Support Officers and Customer Service Representatives based in the Sunshine Coast/Gympie Region.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience within Administration, Business Support, Customer Service or Personal Assistant positions, ideally within the Local Government sector, or a similar environment;
- Willingness to undertake a variety of duties including, filing, records management, drafting and preparing correspondence, reception and general support;
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of Local Government databases would be an advantage;
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise with both internal and external clients;
- Highly motivated and able to adapt to a fast paced environment; &
- Possess a current Drivers Licence and be available to commence on short notice.
